UK Bribery Act 2010

Global PEX operates in full compliance with the UK Bribery Act 2010. We are committed to preventing bribery and corruption in accordance with applicable anti-bribery legislation in all markets and jurisdictions where we operate and develop business relationships.

We are committed to the highest standards of business integrity and to conducting our business in a fair, truthful, and transparent manner. We encourage whoever we deal with to emulate and adopt our standards. We recognise that bribery and corruption damages economic performance, reduces institutional quality, undermines competition and confidence in the services we support.

All employees and Third Parties who provide services to, for or on behalf of Global PEX, are expected to uphold and comply with these principles in the performance of their duties or services.

Global PEX adopts a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of bribery and corruption and expects the same integrity from its employees and Third Parties, including, but not limited to, agents, representatives, intermediaries, introducers, brokers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Global PEX expects Third Parties to agree to contractual clauses regarding anti-bribery and corruption when requested to do so. Where required, Third Parties may be asked to provide information to fulfil Global PEX due diligence standards.

Global PEX employees and Third Parties are required to exercise sound judgment as to what might be considered disproportionate, advantageous or excessive in any given situation, in particular regarding any compensation given to gain or retain a business advantage.

Any employees found to have breached GPEX policy, or any applicable law or regulations will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, in accordance with applicable employment laws.

Global PEX may decline or terminate a Third-Party relationship if our requirements are not met or where the risk of bribery and corruption cannot be sufficiently mitigated.

Statement of Principles

Global PEX permits proportionate, justifiable, and appropriate corporate gifts and entertainment with external parties.

Gifts and entertainment that are disproportionate, unjustifiable, or inappropriate will be rejected by Global PEX and recorded appropriately.
